| 1. To enquire about the availability of the villa please click on the Availability Calendar and send us an e-mail stating dates you would like to book. All we need to know is how many in your party and your arrival and departure dates we can usually reply to you within a couple of hours day or night. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or credit card via PayPal (If paying by PayPal then a booking charge of 3.4% will be added) |
| 2. Please note that there is an additional charge of £40 for a change over clean, this fee is paid locally on your arrival to the key holder |
| 3. A £50 holding deposit is required to reserve your allocation or if the booking date is within 8 weeks of the reservation date then full payment will be required at the time of booking. A £100 security deposit is also required but is refunded once the accommodation has been checked for loss or damage within one week. |
